Perry Teicher

Impact Finance Attorney, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP

Perry Teicher leads Orrick’s global Impact Finance & Investment practice, supporting innovative clients as they aim to integrate social, environmental, and financial considerations to create lasting and scalable impact across a range of transactions. Perry represents and advises entrepreneurs, fund sponsors, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations across a wide range of transactions, including corporate legal matters, investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation matters, and private placements. Perry served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan, where he supported the development of businesses aiming to create mobility and opportunity for people with disabilities in the region. Perry is an Ariene de Rothschild Fellow, member of the ROI Community and Nexus. A native of the Detroit area and University of Michigan graduate, Perry remains committed to the Detroit area, supporting Detroit expat initiatives nationally. Perry regularly speaks on impact matters and serves on a number of leading working groups and advisory boards in the impact sector, supporting ongoing development and innovation to help scale, measure, and build high performing mission-oriented initiatives.

Deputy Assistant General Counsel, Global Health Bureau USAID

 Diane Bui is currently serving as the Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Global Health. She has served as an Attorney Advisor in the Global Health and the Economic Growth, Agriculture and Trade groups since 2005.

 Prior to joining USAID, Ms. Bui was in private practice in the areas of corporate law, finance, and mergers and acquisition with Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn and Thelen Reid & Priest.

 She received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University.


Rachel F. Robbins

Senior Independent Director, Atlas Mara Limited

Rachel F. Robbins is currently Senior Independent Director of Atlas Mara Limited, a UK listed financial services company whose aim is to be the premier financial services company of sub-Sahara Africa. She is a Trustee of the Law School and serves on the Advisory Board of the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship.

 Ms. Robbins previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of the International Finance Corporation, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Euronext, and Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of JP Morgan & Co. She started her legal career at Milbank, Tweed, and Hadley & McCloy.

Ms. Robbins is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College.
